Coaching is a customized professional assistance, offered by the coach, a specialist in changes and professional performance in a context which, nowadays, evolves permanently.

Personal Coaching aims to make it possible to better bring out one’s potential, to promote self-knowledge acquisition, to assess one’s values in order to progress and achieve one’s goals by setting a realistic and applicable action plan.

The coach detects and draws the attention of the coachee to his “hidden parts inside”, to enable him to refine his analyses, to see new prospects or to give shape to a project. He complements his reflections by the development of an adapted methodology.

He strives to set up a change process and aims to enhance the coachee’s performances; he offers full support based on professional or personal needs to allow the growth of potentialities.

It is neither an individual training course nor a kind of wild psychotherapy, but a partnership with a coach, a true professional in assistance relationship and economic life, having transverse competences, which will make it possible to accelerate your professional and personal success, respecting your values and objectives.

METHODOLOGY

  • The service is essentially founded on individual conversations, based on methods of listening, questioning and rewording with a quite precise aim: carry out one’s objectives with awareness of one’s own values.
  • Bring self-consciousness tools, helping the coachee to better know his own personality and way of acting.
  • Lead the person to develop his potential, know-how to do and know-how to be according to his professional or personal needs.
  • Reinforce his independence and thereby his efficiency.
  • Set-up a career assessment; clarify the objectives and overcoming obstacles identified by the “coachee” him/herself.
  • Define one’s assets and limits, motivations, relational behaviour, professional skills.
  • Set-up an action plan and a professional evolution schedule, in order to achieve the objectives.

DURATION

A Coaching program takes about 6 to 8 meetings scheduled over a maximum of 10 weeks. The interval between two meetings must allow the coachee to continue his reflection regarding his personal objective in an individual manner.

PLACE

Coaching meetings generally take place in the offices of Consulting RH, Rue de la Solitude 25, 2014 Bôle.
